### Who is Troy Lynn Lewis, PharmD, BC-ADM? Troy Lynn Lewis is an associate professor of pharmacy practice at Wilkes University’s Nesbitt School of Pharmacy. She completed her pharmacy practice residency training in ambulatory care at Carolinas HealthCare System-NorthEast in Concord, NC. Currently, she practices as an ambulatory care pharmacist at The Wright Center for Primary Care Mid Valley in Jermyn, PA. Her professional interests include diabetes management, anticoagulation, heart failure, and hypertension. She is board certified in diabetes management and focuses on integrating diversity, equity, and inclusion into the pharmacy curricula. She has presented and published research on these topics at state and national levels.
