30-year-old women, beware! These symptoms might be signs of osteoporosis!

Osteoporosis is a condition that makes bones weak and more likely to fracture. Although common in older adults, younger people, especially women, can also get it. If you notice the following symptoms around the age of 30, it might be an early sign of osteoporosis: 1. Loss of height, 2. Easily fractured bones, 3. Back pain. To prevent osteoporosis, you can consume more calcium and vitamin D, engage in moderate exercise, and avoid smoking and excessive drinking. If you have concerns, it's best to consult a doctor for a bone density test.
